Hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers are widely used in aesthetic medicine to support skin hydration, restore volume, and enhance facial balance. At our Coventry clinic, dermal filler treatments are carefully planned following a professional assessment, with product choice and placement tailored to individual facial structure and skin concerns to achieve subtle, natural-looking results.
Croma HA dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid–based products designed to integrate with the skin’s natural tissues, helping to support volume and improve skin quality where appropriate. Different formulations within the Croma HA range may be selected depending on the treatment area, whether addressing volume loss, refining facial contours, or supporting areas affected by deeper lines. For delicate under-eye concerns, tear trough fillers may be considered to address hollowing between the lower eyelid and upper cheek, following careful assessment to determine suitability.
Dermal fillers are smooth, gel-like substances injected beneath the skin to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. At our Coventry skin clinic, we use advanced hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers — a naturally occurring substance in the skin known for its deep hydrating properties.
HA fillers are non-permanent and are safely broken down by the body over time, making them a reliable and reversible option for subtle facial rejuvenation.

We believe that taking time before deciding whether dermal fillers are the right treatment for you is the most important part of your journey with us. Your free 30-minute consultation will include a comprehensive skin assessment and give you the opportunity to ask questions and find out more in a relaxed setting.
Dermal filler treatments are tailored to your unique needs (as are all of our treatments). We’ll explain all of the options during your free consultation and will recommend the best course of treatment for you.
Before treatment, you’ll have an in-depth one-to-one consultation giving you the opportunity to ask any questions and raise concerns. Your doctor will inject the dermal filler and may gently massage the treatment area.
This depends on the areas treated – we’ll advise in full during your free consultation. As a general guide, treatment takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
There’s no downtime with dermal fillers but some clients experience skin redness, swelling, bruising and tenderness in the treatment area. These symptoms usually calm quite quickly but everyone is different.
Some clients experience tenderness during or after treatment, but this is usually short-lived. We can use a numbing cream or cold pack during treatment to help soothe the area.
Botox is a neurotoxin that relaxes muscles to reduce dynamic wrinkles caused by facial movements, such as crow’s feet and forehead lines. Dermal fillers, on the other hand, are injectable gels that add volume and fill in static wrinkles, like nasolabial folds, and can also enhance areas such as the cheeks and lips. Essentially, Botox is used for wrinkles formed by muscle activity, while dermal fillers address wrinkles and volume loss present even when the face is at rest.
The duration varies depending on the type of filler used and individual factors. On average, most dermal fillers last between 6 and 12 months, though some types can last up to 2 years.
During your free consultation, we listen carefully to what you’d like to enhance or restore and explain how HA fillers such as Croma can safely add volume, definition, and hydration. You’ll receive tailored, expert guidance without any pressure to go ahead.
